I’ve held two very distinct roles in my career, the first of which was as an advertising agency leader focusing on company growth. More recently, I have pivoted into a multi-disciplined role as a leader and specialist in professional development, building an innate understanding of what it means to help someone reach their potential in this field and feel truly fulfilled in their creative pursuits.
I’ve ‘walked the walk’, spending much of my early career focusing intently on my own professional growth within the creative industry. I started my career in an entry-level position and applied the very same principles I use with my clients today to achieve the lofty goals I set for myself.
I firmly believe there is a formula for growth and success, and my greatest passion is helping others to discover this too.
